The application of etching process in logo making

In the industry of sign making, etch sign is a kind of common sign.Etching is the technique of removing material by chemical or physical impact.Etching techniques can be divided into wet etching and dry etching.At present, etching sign mainly refers to the metal etching sign, also known as corrosion metal sign.The metal materials used are stainless steel, aluminum, copper and other metals.Metal etching process identification plate mainly consists of mask, etching and post-treatment.The basic principle of etching is to remove the material by chemical reaction or physical impact.Metal etching technologies can be divided into wet etching and dry etching.Metal etching is composed of a series of complex chemical processes. Different corrosives have different corrosion properties and strengths on different metal materials. 

Different types of metals lead to different etching processes, but the general process is as follows:
Pretreatment: metal etched plate → degreasing → washing → etching → washing → drying
Etching: screen printing → drying → water immersion for 2 ~ 3min→ etching pattern text → washing → ink removal
Post-treatment: washing → pickling → washing → electrolytic polishing → washing → dyeing or electroplating → washing → hot water washing → drying → soft cloth polishing (polishing) light → spraying transparent paint → drying → inspection → finished products.
